I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE 3 DAYS AGO REGARDING GPRS SETTINGS, HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE MESSAGE OF SETTINGS, THEN AGAIN I CALLED IN THE NOON THEN AGAIN HE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL SEND YOU SETTINGS IN SHORT TIME, NOW THE TIME IS OUT OF ACCESS THAT YOU PEOPLES DOES'NT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMERS.NOW WHEN I CALL AT CUSTOMER CARE AND TELL THAT I WANT THE ANSWER THEN THEY JUST PUT MY CALL ON HOLD, AND DON'T EVEN COME BACK TO GIVE THE ANSWER.
THIS IS THE RIDICULOUS SERVICE THAT YOU ARE GIVING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I HAVE HEARD A LOT THAT BSNL IS THE WORST COMPANY IN GIVING SERVICES BUT NOW I HAVE REALISED THAT IT IS REALLY A WORST COMPANY, THIS COMPANY DOES'NT CARES THAT WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE.
