They only bother about money and all they need is money. They cheat people a lot. Coming to my concern, I had a bill due on 12 jan but since I was bit busy, couldn't able to pay my bill before 12th, one day I recieved a call from customer service to pay my bill. and the next day they sent a vodafone agent to my address and I paid my bill to him, also he gave me a reciept. but till now my number has not been activated and I'm still getting calls from customer service team to pay my bill. This shows that the agent has ran away with the money and not yet paid the money to the store. I really want to lodge a police complaint on this issue.
