One month ago I purchased the Docomo prepaid number by paying Rs.200 then submitted the required documentation proofs (PAN card xerox, Phone bill, Photo). After few days when I check with the retailer they said they misplaced my documentation and asked me to resubmit them again. After couple of days (9/6) I resubmitted the documents. Later when I checked with them they said the documents were already send on 9/10 but still my number was not activated, and they don't have any answer where are my documents.
I took their supervisor's phone number and called him like not less then 50 times but never got response from him.
Now my situation is that I have paid for the service and also submitted the requested documentation twice but still unable to use the service.
