Refund of security amount against dissconection of Phone No 01894234032

Sir,

My phon was disconected on my request by the SDO Telephones Palampur (Kangra). Subsiquently I requested for the releas of my security amount but despite of my number of requests the said officer has not released the same even more than 4months have passed. My llnumber was 01894-234032.

IT IS SAID TO SAEE THE ATTITUDE OF tELE COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT.
