This is to inform you that my telephone has not been working since last 15-20 days. I have given the compliant through customer service number on 28.06.2011 vide compliant reference No.1003022561. In the meantime I have complained personally to the BSNL area office also. Regret to say that till writing of this letter nobody has been attended this complaint.
Presently my above telephone is in a dead condition.
I again request you to please take necessary action to re-store the connection my above telephone immediately.
