Well since I am quite frustrated, let me be brief about it. I have a connection in Dombivli (E). Right from the start, the connection had continuous message of requested timed out. Even 9 months down the line they are not able to resolve the issue in spite of numerous complaints. The main culprit is that they are using the low quality lease line of the DIS (Dombivli Internet Service).
Additional when the complaint is supposed to be closed, they do not take the customer feedback as to whether the complaint is closed or not, which means they close on the complaints without attending them at all.
