Phone Not working since 3 months

I have been complaining to the bsnl people regarding my phone not working i.e. dead since 3 months but on deaf years. they dont forget to send the bill but they dont have time to get the phone working. its ridiculous that i have been complaining since long but no response. i even visited the office but no response. the only answer they have is "ho jayega" but in how many days or months or years no idea. my landline phone is in shahwadi area near narol.
