Refund of failed online charging

On 30 Aug I had attempted to do online charging of a mobile phone through the "Just Charge-it" website for Rs 500/- I used my net banking through "State bank of Travancore" to do it. The attempt was not successful. However Rs 500/- has been debited from my account in SBT.

I waited so long for the refund, which normally takes only about 2 or 3 days. But the refund has not been made so far.

From my bank account, the reference for the transaction is as follows, which I hope will help you in tracking the failed transaction:

It is requested that arrangements be made at the earliest to refund the money.
