I am Tata Indicom customer having a postpaid connection from TATA Indicom since 25th April. At the time of installation they have installed a old handset at my home; after making complaint they assured it will be changed after 2 days. But still the condition is same. When I made complaint to disconnect it they again told to me we will change it within 2 days please don't disconnect it. After some time a customer executive called at my home and said you have pay 1000/- Rs for changing. I am really worried.
