My telephone 22470442 is not functional since 19.02.2010 Lodged a complaint on 20.02.2010 Faultman visited the residence on 22.02.2010 and said that it is cable fault and will attend to it on 23.02.2010. But turned up only on 24.02.2010 and quite casually said it will be attended only next week, possibly on 1.3.2010 I am a senior citizen and lodged a complaint through the website of BSNL and also lodged a complaint with the public grievance cell of BSNL. Everyone assured help; but no one took any initiative. ARE WE AT THE MERCY OF BSNL OR AM I ASKING FOR ANY PRIVILEGES, I DO NOT KNOW. It is a pity that BSNL treat its customer of 15 years relation with scant respect and do not do its job. Will anyone accept the responsibility and attend to it.
