Telephone not in working

Dear Sir,

I am herewith request to Tel. Dept. for repairing the dead Telephone which is dead from last week and deduct the rent for the same period for Tel. No. 01257-280771 in name of Savitri Devi.

But other thing I want to know-

1. Where I complained-Because first lower stage on village exchange linemen not found and no any complain register.

2nd- on block level JE not hold the phone no register the complain.

3rd- 198 complain online registration is not book the local/village complain.
