I have submitted my Land line no. 03224-272269 on 5th May'2010 in Durgachak, Haldia, East Midnapur Exchange with all dues. After from that I have continuously follow-up with Durgachak & Kharagpur Exchange for the refund of security deposit amount Rs 2000.But still I have not yet received that. Local exchange said that there is some problem for change the system from manual to computerized but still one year gone nothing has been informed to me.
