I applied for new 4mbps broadband connection at 67, Guru Angad Nagar, Laxmi nagar Delhi-92 and the main problem is that We took a flat on rent your airtel person servey the site and said that yes we can provide you new airtel connection in 3 working days than we said ok plz do it. After filling a Airtel form (form no. 2800325) he took 1000 Rs. to us but he didn't provide the new connection in three days. Now after complait a new airtel guy come to us and said tell us where your home we saw him location then he said noo it is not possible because your near by DP is already full of connections so we can't provide you new connection.
Now we are paying the room rent without live in the flat only because airtel guys cheat us. sir/ madam pls tell us what is our fault. If you can do something we will be very thank ful to you.
