I own nokia 6303.Its serial no. is 356036039278571.
I had problems in this phone regarding battery back up (the fully charged battery would drain up in 7-8 hours) and phone gets switched off automatically while using camera.
I got it checked at nokia care in Jaipur tonk road branch, Jaipur, India.
They said that the phone was repaired by unauthorised person so can be dead while repairing so I asked them not to repair it and give it back. But then they asked me to leave the handset for their engineer to check and said they would call me in an hour. They didnt call me, and when I called 4 hours later I was told that my cell was repaired and I'll be charged Rs. 560 and I could collect it two days later.
When two days later I collected my handset and checked it, I found a new problem added that the radio was not working and obviously I couldnt check if the old problems were there or were repaired right then 'cause I cant check battery back up there and then.
They made me sit for more than an hour saying the radio was being fixed, after an hour they said that the phone has to be left again and they would fix the problem. After 2 days when I collected the cell, the radio was still not working, and I was told to pay Rs. 2000 if I wanted to get it repaired, to which I denied 'cause the radio was working before I gave my handset for repair.
So they said that they'll refund me Rs. 505, after deducting the minimum amount of Rs. 55, 'cause they have resolved my battery back up problem and camera problem.
Later I realised that neither of the problems are solved. The battery still drains in 7-8 hours and the cell still gets switched off automatically while using camera!!
So now I'm left with Rs. 55 less in my pocket, radio not functioning and old problems of battery and camera still persisting. I feel being cheated at Nokia care!!
