Sir,

I have taken new connection of bsnl landline by depositing 500rs on 22/6, and got it installed on 28/6.I have opted for bsnl brodband unlimited plan (of 625rs), my father has govt. job so we were told that the plan will cost us 500rs per month, we had submitted all legal documents that declares his govt. job.

On 10/7 he got following message from bsnl"DEAR SUBHASHBHAI BRAHMBHATT, your bsnl account 1021498415 has billed with rs.1671.62 on 1/7 and the due date is 31/7".sir, what kind of billing practice is this? Give me details of how it was charged? if by mistake it is send then pls correcct it, and see to the employees by whom this has occured.
