Dear Sir,
I name is Sanjay Kumar Sahu, I am using airtel prepaid service. I recharged my mobile with Rs. 110 at dated 10/07 and when I checked my balance next day date 11/07 morning I found I have only 12 Rs. Balance in my mobile. Why this kind of problem is happening with me again and again. Yesterday I complained for the deduction of 35 Rs. And same day my approx. 100 Rs. Was deducted unnecessary, If you don’t want to provide service then declare this thing. Why you are cheating peoples.
I am requesting you once again please do the needful as soon as possible.
