Phone Dead yet huge billing continued

Dear Sir,

We are very sorry to inform that, our land line no.0731 2576249 is not working from last two months but yet BSNL is sending huge bills, and pressurize to pay the bills by calling on our alternative numbers. This time we have received Bill no.10105526650019 dtd.05.11.11 for Rs.1483/-. Kindly arrange to resume the services of the phone and arrange to cancel the bill as the phone is not used in the whole month.

If our phone will not be recumed within 3 days we will opt for other company, as airtel is giving good service with very low payment plans.
