Again in a short span of time I am lodging a complaint as my landline 2200012 located at Naigaon (E), Dist. Thane is not working since 29.11.11. As mentioned earlier invariably the phone does not work on most days of the month. How often are we expected to lodge complaints? We are regularly paying the full rental for such poor service - is it correct for Kalyan Telecom to charge its subscribers full phone rental inspite of the phone not working nor prompt rectification of the line? It is really frustrating - wake-up Kalyan Telecom and do tell us what we should do? Is there any way we can help you to help us?
