Faulty since long

My telephone No. is 01908 263949 in village Mandhol PO Thara Tehsil Baijnath Distt Kangra HP is faulty since 14/1 and complaint lodged with BSNL Dharamsala not attended till today though 14 days has elapsed. It is under SDO BSNL Baijnath. Bsnl is going to introduce new schemes of Broadband and not paying attention to od connection.
