Upon dialing customer service number of Tata Indicom, you get forwarded from one menu to the other. If you have a problem not solvable by the available menus then it is impossible to reach a human CSR to ask your questions. The IVRS system says "dial 9 to talk to an operator" but on dialing 9, you are forwarded to a voice-based IVRS and on exploring the full menu still there is no trace of an operator whom you can ask your question. This whole process takes up to 10 minutes and still you do not get an answer making it very frustrating.
