Dear sir/madam

My landline phone (0361-2573113) which is registered in the name of my father Mr. Ajit Kumar Sen is dead since 17/11. I have lodged the complain on 17th nov itself. But til now its been more than 2months, no one from the BSNL deptt have bothered to address the same. I have even mailed the circle officer through mail and also other official verbally but nothing happened. Its really a big shame on their part. BSNL official being a part of public undertaking shows this kind of unprofessional behaviour. But the same cannot be expected from a private landline subscriber. i really feel that due to this kind of taken for granted behaviour one day private subscriber will be far ahead of the public landline subscriber like BSNL
