SXXC 1080 Erro

Dear Sir,

I am using your tata SXC 1080 Modem for my Data usage. When I upgrade my laptop from windows 7, the Modem is not workong properly. I had downloaded new windows 7 driver from your site, but after installation the Error is Modem Initialization Failed.

The error is continuous and there is no solution that i am able to look for.

Please suggest any options that can helpful for me.
