Dear Sir,
This to inform that i have BSNL mobile service provider and i want to change this service provider,
But when I sending the PORT Sms to 1900. the message will not delivered. (i.e sending failed).
And also for this inconvinience i Call to Customer Care 1503 they dont support me about that problem...
When i call again they will dissconnect my call again and again...
i will try this near about 8-10 days...
But they not give me UPC code at this moment...
i request you please solved my this problem urgently...
