I have booked bsnl network problem on 9/6 at bsnl call center and my docket no was 3281302.After boked complaint i was calling so many time at bsnl call center but every time call center person told me that your problem will be resolved within 2 or 3 days. Ultimatly i receved massage from bsnl call center that after many tries unable to contact you docket no 328/1302 dt 9/6 resolved for network down if problem contineus pls rebook. I rebooked same problem on7/1 and my docket no is 3517957.Sir bsnl is one of the reputed company and this type of behave is not good for me/us.it is therefore requested to see the matter and do needful so that i can use the bsnl service more conveneant way.
