BSNL mobile radio pack from 125554001

Hello Sir,

I am using BSNL mobile before 15 days i got a sms from 125554001 that - Thank you for subscribing mobile Radio pack.will be charged Rs.1.00/1 day and they charging everyday 1 rs from my account while i haven't subscribe any pack. They activated self and charging from my account. I called Customer care but they didn't give me right answer and disconnect the call now when i am calling BSNL customer care the redirect me in previous menu after pressing 9 (To talk an executive).

my mobile no is 9410097403 .Please help me.
