I surrender my mobile phone number 9435547605 on 30.09.2008 and depostid my SIM card no. 212035069 to CCN clerk at BSNL office Beltola, Dispur - 6 alongwith application form. I was issued a reciept accordingly. As I was transferred to Delhi, I mentioned my residential address of Faridabad to send the money to this address. I paid the last bill recd. for Rs. 871.00 only vide recpt. no. (not legible) dated 14.09.2008. But till date I have not recieved refund of my security deposited at the time of taking mobile connection from BSNL.
