This is to bring attention to everyone regarding the poor network services (tata indicom docomo) not only connectivity when i contacted customer care team they are also rude, plcaed call on hold for 20 min.without informing. Being a customer i had no other option to hold the line and finally transfered the call to different dept. and finally agent disconnected the call.when shared the issue with their customer care team the response was again rude - " transferred the call to Senior desk as requested by you to transfer call to senior so no wrong transfer found & also no wrong information provided by the our agent in the call, as duration of the call is approx 19 min & your call was not on hold but was on transfer as it will take time to transfer call to senior "
