Unnecessarily charging Rs.8/- at every time 3 to 4 times in a month

Sir, when i received msg from 556781008 (BSNL) as "thank you for using service, you have been charged Rs.8 at xxxx. for more downloads log on wap.handygo.com, i have been deducting Rs.8/- from my mobile balance every time. Such messages has been coming 3 to 4 times in a month. About Rs, 24/- to 32 has been deducting from my mobile balance. What is the remedy to stop getting such messages.
