UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION PACK CHARGED WITHOUT DEMAND

Bsnl charging for servise that I have not asked for or applied for through link 565050300500 masti pack. Moreover customer care service is very poor. I never get this service to register any complaint. Please help me to get rid of this menace.
