BSNL Mobile recharge
Money deducted but not recharged

I have recharged My wife's Mobile No 9447850136, Kannur Circle with rs.100. on25.1. Ref no. 459860 through ICICI bank internet banking. But her phone is not recharged up to today but the money is with drawn from my account.

Kindly do the necessary activities to recharge the phone or else kindly return the payment.
