I recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile from my pc for Rs 55/- through internet (net banking) on 20.04.2011 from the site http://portal.bsnl.in. The transaction was successful but unfortunately I didn’t receive any recharge on my mobile.

I complained many times in bsnl customer care but it is of no use….I didn’t get any solution and they just consoled me by saying that the complaint is under process. Finally I talked with the in charge of the customer care on 25.04.2011.(9400024365) But still there is no solution to my problem.
Can any body suggest any solutions?
What can be done if we face such poor customer care service???
