Dear Sir/Madam
I am the pre paid customer of BSNL mobile service for the last 6 to 8 years. From the last few months in my mobile I am getting unncessary message specially from BSNL and the services are activated automatically without taking my consent and money is deducted every month from my balance amount. I have lodged many complaints to the customer care but have not got any satisfactory action and still subscripion to the services is done. I have some hope from your side to do the needful action
