I have purchased BSNL NIC Data card with 144 kbps speed in 274/- for unlimited download limits. The data card is of Micromax MMX 300G model. I am using it in RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur. Now the problem is, i am not getting the speed of even 10 KBPS. What is to be done in this case? I am feeling like cheated that they are saying of 144 kbps speed and not serving even of 10 kbps.
Please help me to come out from this situation.
