Misguided by customer care

I have two connections of Tata Indicom, on one of which roaming was totally free earlier and calling between those two mobiles was also totally free. Now that scheme has ended on 29th Mar 07, but when I called one of the customer care executives named PRATAP in mid April, he told me that my scheme is still under grace period and will continue till 29th April 07 due to which I continued using that sim and now my April bill has been generated as Rs. 6935/-.due to the wrong information given by that customer care executive.
