I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. When I checked my balance on monday noon, i found it as Rs.624. I called up customer care for clarification, but they never ever cared to listen to the problem. They kept me on hold for long time and later disconnected the line. Same thing happened many times. Again, night after 12, when i checked my balance it becomes Rs.594. Between this time, i had made only 1 call which cost me Rs.5/-. When I called up customer care they gave me all the wrong informations which shows they do not even have the product knowledge that they handle. Most of the executives seemed to be confused and hence were of no help. They were rude too in their behavior. What a Pathetic situation!!! And u aim to 100 million customer base by 2010!!! What a pity...
