The walky connection is two years old. It is used primarily for STD calls. We discovered last month that we are paying far higher rates than prevalent at present. On complaining, we were told it is our fault as we had not changed from our 'obsolete' plan to the current One India plan.
Change to the new plan was refused until January.
Finally, since the last week, the phone is disconnected, despite regular payment of bills for the last two years.
Have now resolved to stop using the service and have taken an Airtel fixed line instead.
