I switched from BSNL to Airtel connection (voice line and broadband) during the last year. I was given assurance by the Airtel executive that i will not have any problem in shifting the connection to my new flat, that was about to happen in due course. But, i now find that the assurance is far from truth. I had to wait for 8 months (from March 10th to November 10th), to get the voice line reactivated after i shifted my residence to a new flat, which is hardly half a kilometer from the old flat.
Now, the broadband connection is yet to be reactivated, even after giving a complaint one and half months back. My repeated phone calls to customer care executives are not being taken care at all.
