I have a BSNL Prepaid no. 9425515403
on 17th April 11 evening suddenly Rs. 5 deducted from my account.
and then a msg came from 556782600500
and msg was:&-quot; Thanks for using our service. To know more please click @ Rs8 http://wap.handygo.com/bsnlw/dfever ".
i didn't understand why BSNL charge to me without using any service
at that time i was not using my mobile that was on stand by.
also give me bsnl email id for complaining
i have tried lots of time to bsnl customer care but didn't get any reply.
