I am very old customer of tata indicom & having postpaid walky connection no. 011-65909010 which is not working since 5th of january & at the time of complaint to the company they promised me to solve this problem within 12 hours but nothing happened then they promised to solve it within 24 hours but till today the 10th jan. 07 nothing happened but only promised & excused. This is the kind of service they are providing to their clients & i am suffering a lot because this no. Is working at my office & i am not able to contact any of my customers here in delhi & also all other activities of my business are stooped.
