I am using "https://portal.bsnl.in" for Top-Up my mobile. Every time I get the desired Talk Value after Top-Up through online Service. Recently on 11/02 at 16:34:14 hrs I have made a online Top-Up from "https://portal.bsnl.in". But till the date the Top-Up money has not been Credited to my Mobile No. and the same has been debited from my SBI Bank Account. I have contacted the Customer Care several times and nothing action has been taken till now. Every time the Customer Care peoples are saying that recently you will be informed, Few days ago one of the Calcutta Telephones Employee called me on my Mobile and saying that Online Recharge / Top-Up may not success sometimes. If so then some kind of tracking facility should be there or CLOSED DOWN of ONLINE Recharge / Top-UP Facility.
But till the date no Talk Value has been credit to my Mobile Account or the amount has not been refund back. I have also logged a complaint on Public Grievance (Reg. No. DOTEL/E/00508 on 17/02) and which has been forwarded to Calcutta Telephones on 19/02. But still no action has been taken.
