I have taken aircel CUG connection and i found the bill calculation is a total mess-up. I am under speak 225 plan which has 600 min free and 6000 sms free per month. I may use 150-200 sms per month and 500-700 min calls. they skip some 2 days from the bill start date and reply you used the free calls with in those 2 days. Last month i did not payed my bill and they disconnected my connection. i checked my unbilled amount and they said 430 rs on the first day (connection disconnected). The very next day i again asked them to give me the unbilled amount details they said it is 520. i asked them how is it possible, You disconnected my outgoing calls/SMS. i cant browse also then how you the unbilled amount got increased. but they were not able to give proper reason for the increase. They are not giving proper details about the free call/usage. If we call customer care and ask for details they are not proving any details about the free call charges.
