I could not recharge the bsnl prepaid mobile card on the given date. I purchased a recharge card. I wanted to recharge it. But I am asked to contact the customer care. Even we cannot make a call to the customer care of the same service provider. I have literally borrowed the phones from other persons. I am borrowing the phones everyday from the last 10 days, but I am not able to have any contact. I even tried to call from my landline number, but its of no use. Only because of the bad service I am likely to lose my 136 Rs.
