Dear Sir/Madam
A service MIMOBITV was automatically activated three times ie. On 22/07, 29/07 & 05/08 in my BSNL Mobile number 9532094775 with out any confirmation from my side and Rs. 40 was deducted each time. Every time after receiving the massage of activation, i registered complain to customer care for deactivation and reimbursement of the amount. In spite of this, Service is being activated from last three Sundays. I have called customer care approx 10 times for not repetition of such things and refund of total sum of Rs. 120 deducted three times but till now neither service is being deactivated nor refund is provided. I request you to look into the matter and reimbursement of the amount.
