NOT RINGING BSNL TNUNE

Dear sir,

I am Pushkar srivastava user of bsnl mobile since 2-2.5 years.i logded a acomplaint on 25th janregarding bsnl tune not ringing, and also logded a manual complaint on 31st jan THEN ON 3rd feb but the issue has not short out, the customer care executives always try to denie me and exchanges amusive assurieties like wait 24 hours, wait 48 hours your problem will resolve, wait for moning such type non productive assurities. I tottaly succumbled from this issue thats why i sendig you this message.in the trend of switching and MNP how a customer can stay with operator and with you.
