On 6/11 my inter net plan has been changed to 1GB without my confirmation earlier i was using Rs 98 plan 2GB, After using 1GB plan for 15 days, I maintained Min bal of Rs 105 for my next 2GB plan renewal on date 18/1 but unfortunately on 20/1 again it has been activated to 1GB plan with out confirmation for 14 days validity. During this period I was unable to surf the internet propery, against this i has raised complaint on 20/1 cmoud30120600113 saying that it will resolve on 28/1, but problem has not been solved. on 2/02 I have been charged Rs 34 for internet surfing as my validity for 1GB suring has been completed .this time also i have not got confirmtion saying that you will be charged 1paise for 10 kb please reimburse me the amount of RS 34 60 60=154 as early as possible for continue your services
