Airtel VAS wrong deduction

Sir,

I have a Airtel prepaid connection and my No is 9612730194 i had activated DND service against my no but still receiving promotion offers SMS/Calls from Airtel. I have no any Value Added Service started against my No 9612730194 but still they are deduct amount for VAS from my main balance and while I call to customer care they always tell me that all services has stopped against my No 9612730194 and again a Value Added Service they start automatically from there side, the last deduction amount history of VAS are as under.

1. VAS - Rs 3/- Dated 18/10 Time 11:09 PM

2. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 19/10 Time 08:47 PM

3. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 19/10 Time 08:47 PM

4. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 20/10 Time 04:47 PM

5. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 21/10 Time 09:09 PM

6. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 22/10 Time 03:35 PM

7. VAS - Rs 1/- Dated 23/10 Time 05:03 PM

8. VAS - Rs 2/- Dated 24/10 Time 07:46 AM

In the view of the above matter i am requesting you to please take the legal action against the company and try to re-fund the deducted amount from my main balance. This is the strategy Airtel do with the entire customer in North East Region to make money for company.
