Poor service!

We have surrender the TATA Indicom Telephone No. 65165753 in March and paid the sum of Rs. 1700/- against the pending payment of Rs. 1679/- on 14th March as full and final payment of the said connection and request them to disconnect the phone. We have a receipt received from there office personally. After one month no action has been taken and calls from their office has been received that we have submit service charges for March, April and so on. We again approached the TATA Teleservice at C.P. Area and after too much arguments, on their assurance that they have taken necessary action I faxed all the papers to their office on 31-05-07 . But till date no action has been taken. These days my family is facing hardship because my Elder brother was expired in March and due to financial crises we want to surrender the same because we have already one MTNL connection. Phone calls from TATA is still received and my Old mother and wife of my brother (who is expired) is very much in trouble due to these calls. This phone is in the name of my younger brother Mr. Pradip Dhir who is the only guardian of 5 children. TATA neither understand the problem nor taken any action and calls (threatening calls) are still received.
