I understand this details are very long but please read it one's.
I am fed up with airtel, they are reducing my balance without my knowing by adding various schmes which the customers likes or not they are not cared of they only want money.
I did not activated for bol bol tarrif of Rs 17 per week, without my knowing they have activated it and are saying that i have subscribed it, i have lost lot's of money in this. After i have deactived it within next month they started this again.
While calling to customer care they are giving wrong commitments like Sir you deactivate this scheme and call us back we will refund u back. when i call back they are behaving rudle with me.
Airtel is giving free schemes to customer whether the customer likes it or not, they even don't deactive it so the customer who could not make it can give lots of money to them.
