Not responding custmer care

Hi, this is ravi. D my mobile no is 9886454633 my out going calls has been barred due to non making of payment in time (that was inconveninent to me ot had gone to out station) and made the payment one of local authorised vadafone mini store in vijay nagar, bangalore, and still not activated my services (i would like to say vadafone is the biggest and largest cellualar services in the world apart from the india, recently came to india giving such services not respondind properly and also a sent messaged to change the tariff plan no one is responded,

is there any body respond me r suggest me what to do, i am frustrated this mobile service.
