Dear Sir,

I have lost my mobile today 26/sep2011 around 7:30 PM. BSNL does not even have a emergency service to report such critical events. All their numbers are not working, hence, i am having to put it here. I just wish that the system was more efficient, considering it is a government run service. So I humbly request you to block my Sim card no: 9448132935
